Hannah and Marian Cheng make some of the best dumplings in New York City at their restaurant, Mimi Cheng's. Every month there's a specialty dumpling, like the brunch one with bacon, egg, and cheese. Since I believe in only two meals a day—brunch and dinner—I was totally down with that.

To The Bone

It's funny to me that bone broth is trendy, since my family drinks it every day. Isaboo even gets some! If you're going to pay for it, Nona Lim Bone Broth Heat & Sip (from $30 for six 10-ounce cups) is outstanding and comes in flavors you might not make yourself, from Vietnamese pho to Thai coconut lime.

My makeup artist, Joe Simon, has used products from Jouer Cosmetics over the past eight years, and I love them. The brand is female-owned and female-operated. And everything has such cool packaging. He just gifted me the Rose Gold Matte & Shimmer Palette ($40). The colors are right up my alley.

Special Sauce

I love everything about Alison Cayne, founder of Haven's Kitchen in New York City, especially the concept behind her business: teaching cooking to nonpros. Now anyone can get a taste of her food with her premade sauces, like Red Pepper Romesco and Nutty Lemongrass ($8). If your grocery store doesn't carry these, tell them they should!
