1. Concealer

Glossier Stretch Concealer ($18) is a miracle worker on my under-eye area. It conceals and illuminates at the same time, and it melts into my skin so I never have to worry about creasing. —Elizabeth Zuhl, deputy art director

2. Makeup Remover

What I use to take off makeup is just as important as the makeup I put on. Bioderma Sébium H20 Micellar Water ($15) is made for sensitive skin like mine. Every night, I soak a cotton round and run it all over my face to remove makeup without irritating my skin. —Christina Izzo, features editor

3. Eye Shadow

I love the pinky-nude shades of the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Highlighting Eyeshadow Palette ($36). I use the light shimmery shadows on the inner corners of my eyes to make them look bigger—and more awake! —Alexandra Wozniczka, designer

4. Lipstick

Guerlain KissKiss Matte Lipstick in Chilli Red ($37)—the smoothness and bright-red color make me feel like I'm all dressed up, even when I'm wearing a T-shirt and jeans. —Phoebe Flynn Rich, creative director

5. Mascara

A makeup artist with access to all the best stuff turned me on to Covergirl Clump Crusher Mascara ($5). It does just what the name says, so I stockpile it. —Lauren Iannotti, editor in chief

6. Serum

I swear by the PUR Energizer Nano Solutions Skin Infuser ($73). There are three serums included: collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C. It takes one and sprays it into a fine mist to get into all the crevices. I could see the difference in my skin! —Tara Holland, assistant food editor

7. Foundation

Stila Hide & Chic Fluid Foundation ($39) is makeup for people who don't like wearing makeup. It goes on light but blurs everything— blemishes, sun spots—so you feel like you've got a filter on IRL. —Danielle Blundell, lifestyle director

8. Highlighter

The Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter by Fenty ($36) is everything. Mean Money offers a subtle glow for everyday wear. Layer on Hu$tla Baby for that extra oomph! —Princess Gabbara, associate digital editor
