The author of two best-selling cookbooks, she has amassed more than 419,000 Instagram followers and sells various branded products, including a tiny Nom Nom Paleo action figure. "The whole idea behind paleo is that it's an ancestral approach that prioritizes eating real, whole, nutrient-dense foods instead of hyperprocessed Frankenfoods," she says.
