Meet the Cover Stars of Our 2019 #LikeABoss Issue

Daniela Soto-Innes, Anita Jaisinghani, Nyesha Arrington, and Angie Mar grace the cover of this year's #LikeABoss issue

Soto-Innes is used to being a culinary wunderkind: She got her start in restaurants at only 15 years old. Eight years later, the Mexico City native moved to New York City in 2014 to serve as chef de cuisine under Enrique Olvera at the restaurant Cosme. And now, at 28 years old, Soto-Innes is one of the city’s most impressive young chefs. She is chef-partner at Cosme and its sister spot, Atla, and her work has earned her a James Beard Foundation Award for Rising Star Chef and helped land Cosme on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

In October 2018 Rachael Ray Every Day editors brought together four powerhouse female chefs—(from left) Daniela Soto-Innes, Anita Jaisinghani, Angie Mar, and Nyesha Arrington—for a photo shoot with another formidable food lady, Rachael herself, at Milk Studios in New York City.

Following the shoot, our fab four sat down for a roundtable discussion about everything from diversity in the kitchen to the importance of self-care. “I jump on my skateboard when I’m super stressed-out!” says Arrington.
