20 Vegan Meals to Celebrate Earth Day
Just because you can't go outside this year doesn't mean you can't celebrate Earth Day! This year, we're excited about Earth Day Live, a three-day livestream event to raise awareness and support for sustainability with talks, musical performances, comedy sessions, and more from performers like Chelsea Handler, QuestLove, and Mark Ruffalo.
Also included in the lineup: our girl Rach! She's joining the cause on Wednesday, April 22, at 4 p.m. EST by cooking a vegan meal on the Earth Day Live livestream. Tune in to her session (and all the others) to show your support, and keep the celebration going all week long with some of our favorite vegan recipes from the mag. Happy Earth Day!
