  • 1/3 cup leftover stuffing
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 cup leftover pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 oz. cavatappi or other short pasta
  • 1 cup leftover green beans
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan

For the turkey and chorizo soft tacos:

  • 3 tbsp. olive or corn oil
  • 4 cups shredded red or green cabbage (about 1/2 head)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 Serrano or jalapeño chiles
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. (about 1/3 palmful) caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp. (about 1/3 palmful) cumin seeds or ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. (about 1/3 palmful) paprika or smoked paprika

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (from a bag, not in oil)
