For the lamb chops:

  • 8 lamb rib chops
  • Olive oil

For the noodle bowls:

  • 1 small orange
  • Honey
  • Sriracha
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • EVOO
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 10-ounce package dried Chinese noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • 3 scallions

For the ribeye: 

  • 1 lb. rib eye steak (1 1/4 inches thick)
