Parmesan Crisps

On a paper plate, mound 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan; pat into a 2-inch circle. Repeat, leaving 1 inch between circles, until the plate is filled but not crowded. Microwave on high, checking every 10 to 15 seconds, until melted and crisp, 30 to 45 seconds total.

Sweet & Spicy Hazelnuts

In a microwave-safe bowl, toss 1 cup hazelnuts, 1 tbsp. honey, and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper; season with salt. Microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until the nuts are toasted, about 3 minutes total. Transfer to a parchment-lined plate. Arrange in a single layer and let cool.

Garlic & Rosemary Olives

In a microwave-safe bowl, stir 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary, 1 chopped garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper. Microwave on high until the garlic and rosemary sizzle, about 30 seconds. Mix in 1 cup olives and 1/2 tsp. lemon zest. Cook until warm, about 30 seconds.
