PB & Marshmallow

Whisk 1/4 cup peanut butter into the hot chocolate until peanut butter dissolves. Top each serving with 2 tbsp. marshmallow cream.

White Hot Chocolate

Swap in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for the dark chocolate and omit the cocoa and sugar. Whisk in 2 tbsp. bourbon. Top each serving with a pinch of nutmeg.

Chocolate Malt

Whisk 1/4 cup malted milk powder and 3 tbsp. vanilla-flavored vodka into the hot chocolate.

The Hot Earl

In each of 2 mugs, place an Earl Grey tea bag. Top with the hot chocolate; let steep 4 minutes. Discard tea bags.

Red-Hot Chocolate

Stir 2 tbsp. cinnamon whiskey (such as Fireball) into the hot chocolate. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick.
