Thread as many pieces of 1 1/2-inch cubes of beef sirloin as will fit on skewers.
Cook the potatoes in a large skillet over medium-high, stirring occasionally until browned.
To make the spiked ketchup, stir the ketchup with the Worcestershire, horseradish, Tabasco and a pinch of course pepper.
Finish it up with a squeeze of lemon over the beef and serve with the greens, crispy potatoes and spiked ketchup.

Cook the dried mushrooms in a small saucepan in the stock at a low, rolling boil until the mushrooms soften and the liquid reduces slightly.
Meanwhile, in a large, deep skillet, cook the chicken, turning once, until browned on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes.
Add the butter and sliced fresh mushrooms to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, then add the shallows, garlic, thyme and parsley stems and season.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook 1 minute more. Add the tomatoes and the Marsala and bring to a simmer.
