  • 3/4 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest


In bowl, microwave green beans and 1 tbsp. water on high, covered, stirring once, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook next 4 ingredients over medium-high until fragrant, about 1 minute. In bowl, toss with green beans; season. Top with zest.
