- 1 tablespoon flaky salt
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
In bowl, mix salt, oregano, and citrus zests. Brush chicken with EVOO, sprinkle with rub and pat to adhere before grilling.
