- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon zest, plus 3 tbsp. juice
- 5 tsp. lime zest, plus 1/2 cup juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 cups club soda
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
In saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup water to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar; let cool. Add zests and juices. Chill; strain syrup. Divide ice among 4 glasses. Stir in syrup and club soda. Garnish with mint.
Nice Ice, Baby! For easy, pretty ice cubes, divide lemon and lime slices among muffin cups, then fill with water and freeze.
