- 2 pita breads
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. za’atar
Cut 2 pita breads in half; separate the tops from the bottoms. Stack pita halves, then cut each half into 4 triangles. In large bowl, toss pita with 3 tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 tsp. za’atar; season with salt. Spread on rimmed baking sheet; bake at 350° until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
