  • 1 pound red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup ruby port
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 strips orange peel
  • Gingersnaps


Preheat oven to 450 degrees . In foil-lined baking dish, toss grapes, port, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel. Bake, stirring occasionally, until grapes are tender, 12 minutes; discard cloves. Serve warm with gingersnaps.
