  • In a large saucepan, bring the apple cider, cranberry juice, orange slices, allspice, cloves, nutmeg and 2 cinnamon sticks to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the brandy; simmer for 5 minutes. Strain; discard the spices. Serve with the extra orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
