- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons brewed espresso
- 10 ounces chopped white chocolate
In a medium saucepan, heat 3/4 cup heavy cream and 2 tablespoons brewed espresso or coffee over medium heat until almost simmering. Remove from the heat and stir in 10 ounces chopped white chocolate; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
