Watermelon Rum Punch
Watermelon AND rum? Yes, please!
Ingredients
8 cups chopped watermelon
12 oz. white rum
8 oz. pineapple juice
4 oz. fresh lime juice (from about 4 limes); plus 1 lime, sliced, for garnish
2 oz. light agave syrup
4 cups ice
fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation
In food processor, purée watermelon; strain into punch bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Garnish.
