Watermelon Rum Punch

  • 8 cups chopped watermelon

  • 12 oz. white rum

  • 8 oz. pineapple juice

  • 4 oz. fresh lime juice (from about 4 limes); plus 1 lime, sliced, for garnish

  • 2 oz. light agave syrup

  • 4 cups ice

  • fresh mint leaves, for garnish


In food processor, purée watermelon; strain into punch bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Garnish.
