  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup cooked apple-cinnamon instant oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


In blender, puree first 4 ingredients until smooth. Transfer to bowl and microwave until warm. Divide between 2 mugs. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
