Vietnamese Summer Rolls


  • 12 dried rice paper wrappers
  • Red cabbage
  • Carrot, shredded
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sriracha
  • Hoisin


Soak rice paper wrappers, one at a time, in hot water until just pliable. Fill with 1 tbsp. each shredded red cabbage and carrot and 2 tsp. each chopped fresh mint and cilantro. Serve with a blend of half sriracha and half hoisin sauce for dipping, if desired.
