Vietnamese-Style Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 small baguettes, split
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 small sliced jalapeno chile
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 pound leftover sliced skirt or hanger steak
Preparation
Toss carrots with vinegar. Toast baguettes; slather with mayo and layer with remaining ingredients.
