- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops (each 1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3/4 cup each basil, cilantro and mint
Preheat grill or grill pan to high. In bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Rub pork with oil and 2 tbsp. sauce. Grill until cooked through, turning once, 8 minutes. Top with remaining sauce and herbs.
