Veggie Lover’s Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz. campanelle pasta
- 1/2 bunch (5 oz.) broccolini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radicchio (about 1/3 head)
- 6 oz. bocconcini, quartered
- 3 oz. sliced salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. EVOO
- 1 tsp. lemon zest plus 2 tbsp. juice
Preparation
In pot, cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccolini during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain, rinse with cold water and transfer to large bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients; season.
