Turkey Tostadas
Make tostadas with turkey meatballs for an excellent supper shortcut.

Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 12 thawed Herbed Turkey Meatballs, sliced
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz.) refried beans, warmed
- 2 cups shredded romaine
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
Spray tortillas and Herbed Turkey Meatballs with cooking spray; arrange on baking sheets. Bake at 425° until tortillas are golden brown and meatballs are heated through, 15 minutes. Top tortillas with beans, meatballs, lettuce, salsa, jalapeños, avocado and cilantro.
