Turkey Gyros

Make Turkey Gyros with turkey meatballs for an excellent supper shortcut.

  • 14 thawed Herbed Turkey Meatballs, sliced
  • 10 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
  • 2 tbsp. EVOO
  • 2 tbsp.fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 tsp. grated garlic
  • 4 pocketless pitas, warmed
  • 3/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes


In grill pan over medium-high, cook Herbed Turkey Meatballs until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes; season with pepper. In medium bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, EVOO, lemon juice, mint and garlic; season. Divide meatballs among pitas; top with onion, tomatoes and the yogurt mixture.
