  • In large nonstick skillet, cook oil, syrup, sugar, and allspice over medium-high until sugar melts, 2 minutes. Add oats, coconut, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook, stirring, until toasted, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in nuts. Transfer to baking sheet and let cool. Stir in fruit.
