Tropical Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 canned pineapple rings
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- EVOO
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Brush first 4 ingredients with EVOO. Grill on medium-high, turning, until shrimp is cooked, 5 minutes. Chop and toss with next 3 ingredients; season. Serve with chips.
