Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 sub rolls, split
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 1 cup chopped giardiniera
  • 8 slices provolone
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons Italian dressing

Preparation

Shape beef into long patties to fit rolls; season. In skillet, cook burgers over medium-high, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Layer burgers and remaining ingredients on rolls.
