  • Cherry-Pepper Mayo: In a bowl, mix 1 cup mayo, 2 tbsp. finely chopped, drained, stemmed hot cherry peppers, 2 tbsp. finely chopped shallot and 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary. (Makes about 1 1/4 cups)
