Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound tomatillos, quartered
- 1 plum tomato, quartered
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
Pulse all ingredients in food processor. Serve over steak or in enchiladas and burritos, or use as a dip for chips.
