  • 4 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 6 ounces cold club soda


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar. Shake well and strain into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda and stir gently.
