Tipsy Carrot
It's like a cold-pressed juice and a cocktail all in one!

Ingredients
- 2 cups carrot juice
- 2 cups ginger ale
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- Ice
- 4 small carrots, tops trimmed and peeled
Preparation
In large pitcher, mix first 5 ingredients. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with small carrots.
