Fresh Strawberry Butter

This super-easy spread will make anything feel fancy. Even your morning toast! (Note: blueberries work here too!)

  • Makes about 1 1/2 cupsServings


  • 1 stick room-temperature butter

  • 1 cup diced strawberries

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar


In a food processor, blend the butter, strawberries, and confectioners' sugar until smooth, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. (Cover and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or wrap well in parchment  paper and freeze for up to 3 weeks.)
