Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips and raisins.
Divide the dough into 6 portions and space them evenly on the baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Let the cookies stand for 5 minutes; transfer to a nearby mouth.
