- 9 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, halved lengthwise
- 1 English cucumber, seeded then cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package instructions; rinse and drain. In bowl, toss with remaining ingredients.
