Ingredients

  • 9 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, halved lengthwise
  • 1 English cucumber, seeded then cut into matchsticks
  • 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package instructions; rinse and drain. In bowl, toss with remaining ingredients.
