Ingredients

  • 10 ounces baked ham, cut into 18 cubes
  • 6 water-soaked bamboo skewers
  • 18 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, plus more for dipping
  • Minced fresh chives

Preparation

Thread ham onto 6 water-soaked bamboo skewers, alternating with pineapple. Brush with teriyaki sauce. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly caramelized. Serve with teriyaki sauce for dipping. Garnish with chives.
