Tangy Horseradish Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons prepared creamy horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 cups store-bought coleslaw mix

Preparation

In skillet, toast seeds over medium until they start to pop, about 3 minutes. Whisk in next 6 ingredients; season and toss with coleslaw. Serve on burgers.
