  • In small saucepan, add sugar and 1/2 cup water. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into pan. Stir over medium-high until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in juice. Pour into ice pop molds; insert sticks. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
