Tangerine-Vanilla Bean Ice Pops

Tangerine-Vanilla Bean Ice Pops

  • Makes ten 2 1/2-oz. popsServings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/3 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice (from about 12 tangerines) 

Preparation

In small saucepan, add sugar and 1/2 cup water. Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into pan. Stir over medium-high until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in juice. Pour into ice pop molds; insert sticks. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
