Szechuan Pork Noodles with Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 head bok choy, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- Sesame chile oil
- 2 scallions, sliced
Preparation
In large nonstick skillet, cook pork over medium-high until browned, 8 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Stir in spaghetti; garnish with sesame oil and scallions.
