  • In bowl, whisk leaves from tea bags with brown sugar, salt, pepper and cumin. Rub tea mixture all over ribs. Wrap in foil; place on baking sheet, meaty side up. Bake at 325 degrees until tender, about 1 hour. Carefully open foil; broil until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
