- 4 cups strong black tea
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.)
In bowl, mix tea, salt and sugar. Add lemonade and 2 cups ice cubes; stir until ice melts. Add chicken; let marinate in fridge 30 minutes. Pat dry, brush with EVOO and grill.
