Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Pepitas

"Pepita" is just another name for pumpkin seed. And who wouldn't want a handful of sweet, spicy, crunchy pumpkin seeds?

Servings: Makes 1 1/4 cups


  • 1 1/4 cups raw pepitas

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sriracha

  • 1 tbsp. (packed) light brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt


On parchment-lined baking sheet, mix pepitas, sriracha, brown sugar, and oil; spread in single layer. Bake at 325° until golden, about 15 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Toss with sea salt. Let cool.
