- Flatbread, or pocketless pita bread
- Gorgonzolo, crumbled
- Figs, quartered
- Sugar
- Fresh rosemary, chopped
Preparation
Top flatbread or pocketless pita with a mixture of crumbled Gorgonzola, quartered figs, sugar and chopped fresh rosemary. Bake at 450 degrees until browned and crisp.
