Ingredients

  • Flatbread, or pocketless pita bread
  • Gorgonzolo, crumbled
  • Figs, quartered
  • Sugar
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped

Preparation

Top flatbread or pocketless pita with a mixture of crumbled Gorgonzola, quartered figs, sugar and chopped fresh rosemary. Bake at 450 degrees until browned and crisp.
