- Cook Time
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons EVOO
- 1 pound collard greens, stemmed and chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
Brown garlic in EVOO in large pot; add collards, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed, until tender, about 15 minutes. Add vinegar and honey; season with salt and pepper.
