Sweet & Savory Collards

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds collard greens, sliced
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mustard
- Salt
Preparation
In skillet, bring 3 cups water to boil. Add greens and EVOO; cook to soften, 15 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute; stir in the rest.
