  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole-grain cereal flakes
  • 1 tablespoon each dried tart cherries, roasted shelled pistachios, sliced almonds and semisweet chocolate chips


In a bowl, stir together milk and vanilla. Add cereal. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
