  • FOR CUT-OUT BISCIUTS:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 3/4 cup cream and mix just until the dough comes together. Pat into a 1/2-inch-thick round and cut out with an overturned glass, cookie cutter or knife. Gather any scraps, pat together and cut out more biscuits. Bake according to recipe instructions.
