- 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
In pot, bring all ingredients and 2 cups water to a boil. Cook over medium-high, stirring, until thick, 20 to 25 minutes; season. Pulse in food processor. Spread on toasts, burgers or sammies.
