  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, celery and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes; stir in the paprika. Add the beef and cook, breaking up the meat, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and barbecue sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the corn and cook until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Divide the mixture among the 4 rolls.
