Ingredients
- Broccoli rabe, finely chopped
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Garlic
- Crumbled ricotta salata cheese
- Mushroom caps
Preparation
Saute finely chopped broccoli rabe with extra-virgin olive oil and garlic. Stir in crumbled ricotta salata cheese and stuff into mushroom caps. Skewer and grill, stuffing side up.
